Sunday, April 11th, New Moon Workshop:

Soundbath and Meditation to open up your heart chakra and identify relaxation through sound and sound healing. Crystal bowls are used during this practice to create amplifying sounds that will create space, and clarity. Facilitator, Maria Santivanez @willowsoundhealing

Understanding your Crystal Grid, how to manifest with the grid and understand how you can use the Crystal Grid to aid in setting your Intentions for Boundaries and Self-Empowherment. Facilitator, Erika Presuel.

Setting BoundARIES and Sisterhood Exchange of saying "No". In this exercise we will be using journaling and empowherment exercise to practice setting boundaries, and giving back into your heart space. We will explore what is holding us back as well as learn to stand up for what we want to say "yes" to. Facilitator, Ronnie M + Special Guest.

For this Workshop you will need:

Personal crystals, yoga mat, pillow, blanket, journal and pen. You will be able to buy the crystal grids at the workshop if you want to keep one for personal use. We will provide the grids and take paper grids as well.
